Roman has several phrases that he uses with great frequency. Here is a sampling:
"Ta da!" (Used when he bursts on the scene from inside a tent or from behind a curtain or blanket.)
"Bye bye Mommy." (Used when he is going outside, when he is going upstairs, and often just when his going into the other room. Signifies that he is done with whatever current activity we were doing, and that he is onto the next.)
"I'm fine." (Used when asked if he has poop in his diaper. Signifies that indeed he does, but he would prefer to keep playing than have a diaper change.)
Selah has the biggest, most sincere grin, and she reserves for greeting people she loves. It has thus far been impossible to catch in a picture. Her favorite person on the planet is currently our housemate Jessica. Selah just glows when Jessica says hello.
